About Us
Back in 2001, we produced our first college recruiting video. Our client was a hard-working high school softball catcher and power hitter. As a member of New York City's All-City softball squad, she led her team to the PSAL playoffs every season with grit and determination. She also competed in the travel softball circuit and participated in the PONY Nationals. A star in the classroom as well as the playing field, she graduated high school in the top tier of her class in 2002.
Fast-forward to today. Our student-athlete graduated Cum Laude from Towson University in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and a concentration in Business. In addition to having been the captain of her school's Division I softball team, she earned academic and athletic scholarships, was a perennial member of the Dean's List, and received multiple honors including the NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Award, membership in the Colonial Athletic Association Commissioner's Academic Achievement List, and induction into Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society. After college, she was selected to the Israeli National Softball team, played tight end for the New York Nemesis (National Women's Football Association), and is now pursuing a Masters Degree in Physical Education. She resides in New York City where she is a teacher and coach at a prestigious private school.
Of course, she deserves most of the credit for what she has accomplished. However, she did make a recruiting video in her junior year of high school which demonstrated her athletic skills and work ethic. It was that video that initiated conversations with collegiate athletic programs and resulted in an offer to earn a college education and play softball at the school of her choice. Since that time, FULL RIDE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS has helped hundreds of other student-athletes realize similar goals.

Here are the steps to follow if you have several players on your team who want recruiting videos:
- Schedule up to 3 matches and/or practice sessions with us.
- Collect the fees from the participating members of your team.
- We attend the event(s) and shoot the video footage.
- We build the customized videos in our production lab.
- We deliver the finished products to you.

An event is defined as a single 2 out of 3 game match or a single practice session. Prices above include five (5) customized videos on DVD-R media with labels and protective cases. Additional videos may be purchased anytime for $75 per set of five (5) DVDs. Add $25 per student athlete to include a short autobiographical introduction with each video. Allow 2-3 weeks lead time after last scheduled event for delivery of videos. Travel and Lodging fees may be added for events greater than 50 miles from Bayside NY. Full payment in advance is required to reserve dates and take advantage of discounts. Note: FULL RIDE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS retains ownership of all video footage. Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of Federal Copyright laws. We reserve the right to use the video footage for marketing purposes.
Softball and Baseball Recruiting Videos
The softball and baseball recruiting video utilizes an all-drills format based upon research and interviews with today's top college coaches. Customized for every position, the work begins with an interactive video shooting session designed to display the student-athlete's fundamental offensive and defensive skills. Next, all video footage is reviewed in the editing lab to select the best sequences based upon FULL RIDE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS' knowledge and experience, the student-athlete's input from the shooting session, and overall video quality. Then, the finished version of the recruiting video is produced on DVD and delivered to you - ready to send to college coaches.
The Softball and Baseball Recruiting Video Package includes:
- 4-hour video shooting session
- Up to two defensive positions and offense
- Autobioraphical introduction
- All production time using state-of-the-art video editing hardward and software
- Customized titles
- Five (5) finished recruiting videos on DVD media with labels and cases
- Online version of finished video
A $200 deposit is required to reserve a shooting session date. The balance is due at the shooting session. Additional videos (5 DVDs per set) may be purchased anytime at $75 per set. The student-athlete is responsible for securing a playing field, bringing additional players and a participating adult to assist, and ensuring that the field is in playable condition. We provide the video, audio, and athletic equipment, e.g., pitching machine, power generator, softballs, bases. Estimated delivery time is three weeks after the shooting session. Add $100 for Priority Service (delivery one week after shooting session).
Live Event Recruiting Videos
Sports with continuous action, e.g., soccer, lacrosse, football, field hockey, basketball, ice hockey, require live game/event footage to realistically capture a student-athlete's skills, technique, and work ethic on a recruiting video. FULL RIDE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS will shoot your games, matches, and meets.

An event is defined as a single game, 2 out of 3 game match, or a single practice session. Prices above include five (5) videos on DVD-R media with labels and protective cases. Additional videos may be purchased anytime for $75 per set of five (5) DVDs. Add $25 per student athlete to include a short autobiographical introduction with each video. Once video footage has been collected, the student-athlete receives an annotated video proof from which the sequences for the finished version are chosen. Recruiting videos are delivered on DVD-R media. Payment for live events must be received in advance of scheduled event(s). The balance is due with the receipt of the video proof selections. Estimated delivery time is 3 weeks after selection of sequences to be used in finished version. Add $100 for Priority Service (delivery one week after receipt of sequence selections from video proof).
